22nd July 2010 - Taps LOL

Finally got the LG man to turn up yesterday to fit thee washing machine and dishwasher. It has only been a month since the appliances were delivered, 15 broken appointments, bucketload of stress etc only to find that the contractor hadn't installed the necessary taps, water point yes, taps no. Call agent who provides contractors number, shout at contractor, contractor comes straight round to see work required. He advises that the taps cost extra! Told contractor to invoice the owner. Aparently the contractor will come back tomorrow to fit the taps at 1030 am sharp (sharp!!!???) Seeing will be believing. What have I become - stressed, cynical, worn out and fed up, not good!
