National strike day, so a day working from home as it is not safe to be out and about. Best Buses are running with wire grills on the windows, trains have armed guards. The police have taken precautions and arrested 1,900 people who might cause trouble! A few outbreaks, bit of damage but nothing much seemed to happen. The strike was due to fuel price hikes.
Got caught out in a massive monsoon downpour with Darcy, one minute it was dry and sunny, then the wind picked up and within a minute or two the rain fell out of the sky and we were wet through in moments!
