There is an old lady in the village, we see her every moring doing laps of the house where we meet to keep active. She walks with two sticks and headwear ranges from a bobblehat to a massive turban like wrap of cloth. During the work today we realised the laps of the training house are just a warm up, the click of the sticks can be heard everywhere! She must walk a number of KMs a day and despite suffering from Arthritis still has a great sense of humour.
