Just before I left for Nepal, I helped out a local Wiltshire charity with their Christmas campaign. It was a slightly surreal experience and even more now that the video has been released.
It is a true story.
Your life could change in a heartbeat.
Enjoy what you have and be grateful.

In other news, today was the day the Raleigh Volunteers went to the local school to do a session on different cultures. The session started with a game of British Bulldog to get the kids energised. Having successfully hyped the kids and miraculously avoided serious injury the sessions got underway. A real success with over 60 kids enjoying learning about where we all came from.
Finished the day with a game of football with the kids, Raleigh Volunteers winning by one goal.
On the walk back to the village we stopped off at the Blacksmiths to order 11 small Scythes and 2 Kukaris. We are getting tooled up!
