Raleigh can only work in Nepal (INGO) by partnering with an 'In Country' NGO. The NGO is Goreta Gorka. In the 6 days we have been in Pathiswara we have seen them once for 10 mins...and they told us to dig in the wrong place.

They came again yesterday and we had a better discussion about the holistic plan for the village and Helen and I had a chance to plan slightly better for the rest of the stay.
The chap from Goreta Gorka drew us a number of little diagrams to explain the dimensions of the Tapstands and Washing stations. The measurements were in feet, metres, inches and cm. Think it will be safer if we just redraw - a 90m Tapstand might be slightly excessive given the average height of a Nepali is about 5ft!
Dug holes, smashed rock, ate Dal Bhat.
